This training really changed my life. I went in thinking I would just learn technical aspects of yoga, but I gained so much more. It gave me tools to better understand myself physically and mentally, and it truly deepened my practice. Because of Nikki's mentoring, I was hired as a yoga teacher before the training ended, which made the experience even more meaningful.
If you’re looking to bring yoga into your life, I highly recommend this certification program.

"200 YTT with Nikki was one of the best decisions I had ever made. Nikki is a joyful and passionate teacher who creates space for students to grow. You will learn every aspect of a well-rounded yoga class from her program, starting from the great variety of oral instructions to the sequence and the “curve” of the class. Nikki is also the best hands-on assist yoga teacher I have ever met. She incorporates breath cues and provides many magical assist options that creates space in the body and enhance the line of energy in a pose. With good knowledge of the functional anatomy and the 8 limbs of yoga, I was well-equipped to teach and ready to rock and roll!"

"Teacher training with Nikki has been a game-changer for my career. Over the past decade, it paved the way for my success as a yoga teacher. Nikki’s unparalleled intelligence and passion for yoga set this training apart from others I’ve experienced. Unlike any other, Nikki seamlessly integrated her in-depth understanding of yoga anatomy and extensive studies of the human body into the curriculum. This unique approach not only deepened my knowledge but also left me with a profound and enduring love for yoga that I’ll carry throughout my entire life. Grateful for this transformative journey!"

Why our grads love this program and
what sets us apart:
1. Small Group Size
Group size is intentionally limited (6-16 max) so each participant receives meaningful individual attention and coaching. Our goal isn’t to mass‑certify teachers, but to cultivate future light workers, healers, and educators who are committed to elevating their communities. Whether you teach locally or beyond, your training will set you apart from the crowd of yoga teachers.
2. Immersion Style Learning
Complete your certification in 3 months. Depending on the location of the training, the program will either consist of a hybrid option or three full weekends and a week intensive. Rather than spreading training over 6–8 months of sporadic weekend sessions, we prioritize a concentrated, distraction-free week to dive deep, then integrate and immediately apply your new skills. This immersive structure consistently leads to more effective and lasting results.
3. Active Participation
Active participation is essential in this training. Unlike programs where passive attendance is enough to pass, our time together is built for engagement, not memorization. Each day builds on the last through daily, hands-on practice of your new skills. You’ll be teaching solo, in pairs, in small groups, and to the full group.
4. Practical Teaching Skills
This training is structured to teach you how to confidently lead a vinyasa-style class. The heart of the program is hands-on teaching from the first day of immersion week. You’ll be practicing and refining your skills through vocal presence, hands-on assists, intelligent sequencing, and hours of practice teaching with your peers.
5. Ongoing Mentoring & Coaching Support
Mentoring begins well before immersion starts and continues throughout the program, then extends well beyond graduation. We don’t just hand you a certificate; you receive ongoing coaching support for months after the training concludes.
6. Lifetime Access
Upon completing this program, you have ongoing access to future 200‑hour trainings with Nikki and can return as often as you like. Many graduates return to refresh their foundations, mentor new trainees, and stay involved in the community.
7. Experienced Faculty
Unlike programs that rotate through many guest lecturers, our training is centered around a primary lead teacher, which allows for student–teacher mentoring tailored to your strengths and growth areas.
Nikki, your lead teacher, is a 500‑hour E‑RYT who has been teaching vinyasa style yoga for 20+ years and leading this YTT for groups and private trainees since 2012. She completed her first 200‑hour training with Baptiste Yoga Institute and holds additional certifications in Advanced Vinyasa, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Tune Up, Functional Anatomy, Functional Range Conditioning, and Kids Yoga.
Alongside Nikki’s personalized guidance, you’ll receive ongoing support from her community of teachers and assistants throughout the program and beyond.
8. Opportunity to Co-lead or Assist
Depending on the program location, you may have the chance to apprentice with Nikki as a program assistant or co-lead a future training. This is an invaluable way to deepen your teaching and expand your leadership skills.
"I had the pleasure of completing my 200 hour certification with Nikki in 2018 and co-lead a program in 2024. Both were a transformative experience. Nikki's attention to detail is unparalleled. She possesses a unique ability to convey complex concepts in a way that is both accessible and deeply insightful. Her down-to-earth and relatable approach created an environment where I felt supported and encouraged to explore my practice more deeply.
Nikki's emphasis on alignment, adjustments, and cueing is truly exceptional. She has a keen eye for the subtleties of each pose, ensuring that every student gains the maximum benefit from their practice while minimizing the risk of injury. Her adjustments are gentle yet effective, helping to enhance my understanding of each posture and my awareness of my own body.
What sets Nikki apart is not just her technical awareness, but her genuine care for her students. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of their level of experience. Nikki has not only been an incredible yoga teacher but also a mentor for my practice, for building my business and expanding my leadership.
I cannot recommend Nikki highly enough to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or to get certified as a yoga teacher. Her expertise, coupled with her compassionate and motivational teaching style, makes this program the place for both beginners and seasoned practitioners."

Meet Nikki, Your Lead Teacher & Mentor
My core teaching philosopy, passed down from my own mentors, is simple: Teach From Love. Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your personal practice, I designed this program to support you in becoming your best self, on and off the mat.
This training reflects my eclectic approach to yoga, blending traditional poses with functional movement, isometrics, calisthenics, and sequences that bring energetic balance while giving you multiple pathways to connect with your body. Since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of training over 100 teachers through my 200-hour certification program.Â
Graduates of this training have gone on to teach yoga around the world, open their own studios, and, in some cases, discover a passion for teaching they never expected. Many also credit the personal growth they experienced in this program with giving them the confidence and clarity to advance in their careers and lives beyond the studio.

"Nikki is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She is challenging and knows how to push us when we can’t see it clearly ourselves and even if it makes us upset. Her training is quite stressful but in a good way and I believe it would be a disservice to us if she took it easy on us. I always respect teachers that supportively challenge their student’s weaknesses and praise their strengths and are wise enough to know the difference."

"Taking Nikki's YTT helped me take my yoga practice to the next level and greatly enhanced my well-being! I really enjoyed the intensity of the physical practice, combined with the mental and spiritual path Nikki took us on. “How Yoga works” is still my favorite book today! Yoga is the best medicine for body, mind, and soul I have encountered in my life! Nikki is a very talented teacher who has a deep understanding of the human being and the skill to push or pull people physically, mentally and spiritually just enough to help them grow and become teachers themselves! The YTT has been a very enriching and life changing experience for me!"
